Title I Grant:

Pitman School District uses a targeted-assistance program to supplement learning activities for students identified as requiring additional learning opportunities in ELA and/or mathematics. Funding for these programs is derived in part from the Title I federal grant.

Parental Involvement:

Our district supports parent involvement in all aspects of students' learning experiences, including general classroom experiences, supplementary learning opportunities, and offerings beyond the classroom as well. Please note the district, school-level, and school-parent compacts for further information.

Highly Qualified Teachers:

Our school district is proud to announce that 100 % of our teachers meet the federal Highly Qualified Teacher requirements for the 2014-2015 school year.

Parents have the right to request their children’s teachers’ basic qualifications for their teaching assignment(s).

Contact Ms. Rebecca Brill Moody, Director of Curriculum and Instruction, for additional information at 589-2145.
